Diego Luna: the the first Latino taking part in American Express credit card commercials. “I feel very honored on having joined the list of personalities that have taken part in the world campaign of American Express. It was pleasant to receive the invitation, since somehow it represents my acting career,” he comments. “I am very glad to be related to a company with prestige and a vision as this one,” says the actor.
 
Diego came to the shoot at 9 AM and was not identified by people passing by the place, so he could work without interruptions from his fans. Luna, who has just returned from Europe where he shot the film Mister Lonely, concluded his work at 2 PM.

The vice-president of marketing for American Express stated that they hired Diego because he is a suitable figure for their campaign. “To us he looked like the ideal option, since he represents an enterprising, passionate personality that enjoys what he does and what he achieves, the public will identify strongly and rationally with that,” expressed the executive.
