The young man could not conceal his happiness
at receiving a call from Alejandro, his father. Diego left the hotel to see
his dad. Several fans were waiting for him and asked for his autograph.
“I
am lucky to have my dad
for giving me advice,” the talented actor said.
This handsome young man has an affectionate father that
supports him with feet on the ground.
Diego Luna is not a lonely boy, actually
he has the close person that
matters most to him - his father. He takes a couple
of weeks walking along the gardens of the Hotel Camino Real, in an event in
Guadalajara, when his cellular rang. The face of the actor was illuminated on
recognizing the voice of his father, set designer Alejandro Luna.
Then
Diego
went to the Hotel Malibú (where Alejandro was lodged) and on seeing him, he
embraced him happily. Diego asked hotel security to open the cafeteria so he
could chat with him, since the engagements of the actor are
not seen very often. “They were there half an hour.
Diego chatted to him about his trips of the
world, and both were laughing,” said a witness to In Touch.
The 25-year-old actor feels a great
admiration for his dad, who has always been at his side at important moments.
Thanks to him, Diego could overcome loosing his mom, painter Fiona
Alexander, in a car accident when he only was 2 years old. And he could grow up
as a happy and successful young man. Beyond the fame and glamour, Diego
knows that he is very lucky to have someone to trust - his dad.
During an event, and when everybody was
rushing
him, the young actor decided to take 30 minutes to be with “his jefe
(boss)” - as Diego says of his dad.
Diego says, “I take
advantage of the time we have to be
together and chat.”
On his part, Alejandro Luna told
In Touch, “I only wish that he (Diego) be happy.”
